[Fresno, CA] – Irvin Villarreal and Christopher Vang Perish in Car Accident on Palm Avenue and Bullard Avenue
4 People Killed in Fresno Multi-Car Crash on Palm Avenue and Bullard Avenue
January 2, 2021 – Irvin Villarreal and Christopher Vang, both age 27, passed away on Saturday evening around 11:45 P.M. Moreover, two others died in a multi-vehicle crash on Palm Avenue and Bullard Avenue.
Initially, the accident involved three vehicles. Furthermore, the accident led to the closure of Palm Avenue and Bullard Avenue. Still, the roads reopened by mid-morning.
Quickly, the police responded to reports. Upon arrival, officials found debris scattered on the road and into a parking lot.
Also, they spotted tires in the lot and an engine for one of the vehicles along the wall of one of the local establishments.
To begin with, officials believe that a black Ford Mustang traveled at a high speed on Bullard Avenue. Next, the driver failed to yield at a red light on Palm Avenue.
As a result, it hit at least one of the two other vehicles. Also, both vehicles were identified as a white Toyota Tacoma pickup and a silver Mini Cooper.
Additionally, two of the five people in the white truck suffered minor injuries. Sadly, rescue workers transported another person to Community Regional Medical Center where they died shortly afterward.
Afterward, the Fresno Fire Department extracted the Mustang driver from the wreckage. Unfortunately, he also passed away at the hospital.
Moreover, the 17-year-old female driver of the Mini Cooper retained only minor injuries. However, she was also taken to the hospital by rescuers.
Conclusively, official reports mentioned that among the dead included Fresno residents Irvin Villarreal and Christopher Vang, 27. The other two deaths were reported as Linda Chang, 21, and Allison Chang, 17.

Sometimes, a car can take off like a rocket. It is not common; however, it does happen. When it does happen, it is often due to manufacture’s defect.
For an out-of-control car, switch to neutral and keep applying brakes unless it stops.
Afterward, make sure that the car’s accelerator works properly.
Finally, check to make sure the area around the pedals is free from debris.
Double check there is nothing that will get stuck underneath the breaks that may prevent you from stopping.

In snowy weather, it is easy to lose control of your vehicle. In fact, moving your car in the first place is one of the worst problems you can encounter.
Icy conditions are hazardous. If you find yourself sliding on the ice, keep your calm. Also, do y0ur best to keep your vehicle pointed forward.
The rules of sliding on ice are like those of hydroplaning.
For vehicles without anti-lock brakes, gently pump on the breaks until you can come to a complete stop. Furthermore, do not try to slam on the brakes.
Luckily, this happens automatically with automatic transmissions.

When it is raining, the most dangerous thing to encounter is the oil on the pavement after it stops raining. Luckily, it washes away as soon as the rain starts again.
